Eucalyptus Lemon Gum Essential Oil (Eucalyptus citriodora) is probably the most invigorating essential oil.
It should be used very sparingly, as it is very powerful, lemony, fresh and invigorating. Use in an oil burner or vaporiser.
It is a good air purifier, deodoriser and can assist in insect repellents. Eucalyptus is known for anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, decongestant, deodorant, antiseptic, antibacterial and is a stimulating essential oil.
For joint and muscle pain. Massaging eucalyptus oil on the surface of the skin helps to relieve stress and pain. The volatile eucalyptus oil is analgesic and anti-inflammatory in nature. Therefore it is often recommended to patients suffering from rheumatism, lumbago, sprained ligaments and tendons, stiff muscles, aches, fibrosis and even nerve pain. The oil should be massaged in a circular motion on the affected areas of the body.
As a room freshener. The antiseptic and deodorant nature of eucalyptus oil makes it a perfect room freshener as it also kills bacteria and germs in the air, keeping the environment of the rooms clean and sterilized.
Uses :- In an oil burner, vaporiser, air purifier, air freshener, potpourri, bath, vacuum cloth bag, sauna, good for easier breathing, add to insect repellents, scent draw liners to repel cockroaches and silverfish.
